Entrusted by Mr. Xi Jinping, Mr. Li Keqiang, Mr. Zhang Dejiang and Mr. Li Yuanchao, the General Offices of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), the State Council and the Central Military Commission of the People's Republic of China hereby expresses heartfelt thanks to chiefs of state, heads of government, speakers of parliament, leading officials of government departments, political party leaders, friendly groups and personages of many countries, principals of international organizations, foreign ambassadors in China, overseas Chinese, the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions and compatriots in Taiwan who have kindly sent messages of warm congratulations and best wishes on their respective election as President of China and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, Premier of the State Council, Chairman of the NPC Standing Committee and Vice President of China at the first session of the 12th National People's Congress.
