SHANGHAI, Jan. 20 (Xinhua) -- British Prime Minister Gordon Brown Sunday morning concluded his China tour in Shanghai, the country's economic hub, and left for New Delhi.

    Brown arrived in Beijing Friday morning for a three-day official visit to China, his first China tour since assuming office last June.
