Xi Jinping Returns to Beijing after Concluding State Visits to Russia and Germany and Attendance at 12th G20 Summit

On July 9, 2017, President Xi Jinping returned to Beijing after concluding his state visits to Russia, Germany and travelling to Hamburg for the 12th G20 Summit.

President Xi Jinping’s wife Mme. Peng Liyuan, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and Director of the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee Wang Huning, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier Wang Yang, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and Director of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee Li Zhanshu, State Councilor Yang Jiechi and other delegation members arrived by the same plane.

On the evening of July 8 local time, Xi Jinping left Hamburg, Germany for China. Senior officials of the German government saw him off at the airport.
