Notes: 

  1. The Chinese Embassy only accepts applications of Diplomatic, Service,Courtesy Visa and Hong Kong SAR passport and visa/entry permit. The rest of the visa applications shalll be directly submitted to the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre.
  2. If processed by the Centre, the total amount of the fees to be paid by an applicant = visa fees + application service fees.  Visa Fees are collected by the Centre on behalf of the Chinese Embassy; Application Service Fees are charged by the Centre. 
  3. Both the Embassy and the Centre do not provide either same day service or next day service. 4 working days regular service and 3 working days express service are available for applications processed by the Centre. Postal applications are acceptable to the Centre and will be processed and returned within 5 to 14 working days assuming the documentation is in good order and no further requirements are necessary.
  4. Cash or debit card can be accepted by the Centre( But for postal applications debit card only ). Only debit card, company cheque and post order are acceptable to the Embassy from 01,03,2010.
